4th of July, Independence Day -10K Run Elk Grove, CA

i couldn't resist my temptation to go for this run named "Run 4 Independence" and helping a charity organization called "food for hungry" on independence day and found it to be totally worth it.

Highlights :
-great crowd
-Kids runs
-excellent host, the chicken guy, cow guy :)
-great music
-never ending bagel, cream cheese apple and oranges :)
-lush green elk grove regional park.
-verses from bible [salt and light]
-songs on light, sweet alabama
-fitness

Learning :
Salt andf light [verses from Bible]
National Anthem
"Land of the brave, home of the free"
Respect
veterans, ex-miltary, on duty soldiers
Music :
ran with music for the first time and it was great experience.
